Iphone 10 touch screen frozen after update to IOS 15.5. Hard reset does not solve the problem

The screen on my Iphone 10 is frozen after update to IOS 15.5. Doing several hard reset does not solve the problem.


Tried to restore using Itunes, but it will not allow me to once Find is on in Icloud. But I cannot turn it off since the screen does not work. And it is not possible in ICloud on line either. Since the phone is on. Cannot power it off without the screen working.


Can someone help?

You can restore an iPhone that is signed into iCloud. you just need to put it into recovery mode.


Naturally even if you can restore it, the screen might still not work


The steps are in this article:

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support


If that does not help your phone might need service:

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
