So recently I got an iphone 13 pro max and I’ve been having a lot of problems with the battery and it says it lasts “28 hours” my Shi ahh phone only last like a few hours then it’s dead. can I switch it for a new phone because I don’t know what to do

Since your iPhone is still covered by warranty, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

If it is a manufacturer's defect (only Apple technicians can judge about that after inspecting your device), you won't pay anything.
