All my files are uploaded and visible on all my devices. No problem. But sometimes some folders show a dotted cloud status that shows the file is uploading, but it is already in the cloud.
Anyone knows how to fix it?

This issue happens just occasionally. And the dotted line does not switch to solid cloud. I have already tried restarting the note and renaming the folder. The only way I found to fix it is to create a new folder and move the files from the older folder with dotted cloud to the new one. After moving the files, I erase the old folder and rename the new one with the name of the old folder.
I only see this issue on my Mac Book Air. I do not have other macbook to check if this issuee also happens.

To confirm, are you continuously seeing the cloud with the dotted lines or does it appear then eventually switch to the cloud icon with the solid line? We want to make sure we fully understand what you're seeing.
Are you seeing this on all devices or a specific one? Knowing this can help isolate if the issue is the device or could possibly be iCloud.
If you haven't already, you can see if restarting your device may help. Restarting can seem like a simple step, but it can sometimes help resolve issues.

I talked to the Support as you suggested. We talked about an hour or more. We restarted the note, tried safe mode and turned off and on iCloud Drive. But the problem was not fixed.
I have found in Apple Developers Forums (https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/651829?page=4) a similar issue. It seems this is a bug in Mac OS. Do you have more information on if it is a bug? Or do you have some other suggestion?

Thanks for you answer, but it did not fix the problem ... My files and folders are uploaded with no problem. The file and the folder were uploaded, but the folder status is still a dotted cloud.
