Click on finder > Locations > Again click on Macintosh HD > Users > your user name > iCloud Drive ( Archive ) > Documents > you can select files , copy them and paste over in finder > iCloud > Documents see the keyboard short articles Select items on your Mac screen - Apple Support

Make sure iCloud Drive and desktops and documents box is turned as on Use iCloud Drive to store documents on your Mac and iOS devices - Apple Support
Note : if personal documents / folders are created in hard drive first transfer those files and then right click on them and delete ( the hard drive space will be reduced ) .
