Disappearing apps

I cannot download apps it says they are downloaded but then says get again.i put my password in it says done with a check mark then I cant find the app.

Use App Library to search the app you are looking for, see this Apple article:

If you have find the apps, tap & hold on the app, then drag to the Home screen & drop it.
