ipad mini case won't stay on

New iPad Mini (6th gen); folio case; won't stay attached to the ipad. Front secures well but rear magnet seems very weak. Is it the case or the mini?

IPad Air 10th generation Smart Folio Issue I have a brand new iPad Air 10th generation and the iPad Air 10th generation Apple Smart Folio case, both ordered from the website. Unfortunately the Smart Folio case did not work with the iPad. The device slid around on the case, often skewing to one side. The magnetic face cover did not put the iPad Air 10 to sleep. It’s as if the magnets in the case were not strong enough to hold the iPad or turn it off. I spoke with Customer Service but all they offered was a return option. I returned the case but I am disappointed that this is the only case that Apple offers for their newest iPad Air. I am left without any protection for the device. Has anyone had the same experience?

Magnetic cases I’ve just purchased a 2 piece phone case for my new SE which clasps together with little magnets. My daughter has just told me that the case will ruin my phone and it will stop working because of the magnets. Is this the case?

Back glass replaced I just had my back glass replaced on my iPhone 13 Pro max and now the magnet isn’t sticking to my car mount without the MagSafe case. Would a new back glass mess with the magnet inside?

Might be a problem with either the iPad OR the folio case.

Maybe make an appointment with your “local” Apple store and have them check whether it's your iPad or a problem or defective folio case.

Thanks. That was my decision as well. Apple support thinks it is the case magnet so off I go.
