Apple Trade in Rejected

My trade in was rejected so the device would be shipped back to me. Is there anyway to track the returned device? I want to know the tracking number.

Agent took trade in without signing I scheduled a trade in online and agent came to pick up the device today. However, he left quickly and said I didn't need to sign anything. 7 hours later, I received an email saying that the device was not received and my trade-in has been canceled. I suspect fraud. How do I contact Apple about this?

Apple keeps losing my trade ins… For the 2nd time, for the second iPhone trade in, I’ve received an email from apple stating my trade in was canceled and I will be charged… I’ve spent WAY TOO much time on these issues talking to customer service on the phone, via text and chat, and they still can’t figure this out. Provided BOTH times, photos of tracking numbers, the fed ex box drop off location and the fed ex tracking receipt showing THEY received them. Why does this keep happening and how do I resolve this?
