Stocks complication not refreshing

The stocks app on my watch has a hard time refreshing and keeping the complication up to date.

Tried reinstalling the Stocks app both on the watch and in the iphone xs max. Tried hard rebooting both the watch and the phone.

Checked the settings for background refresh.

I am using the stocks widget on my iphone's main screen and that seems to always keep up to date as it should. But something's wrong with the watch app

It is beyond frustrating and I simply can't find the reason for this annoying bug or issue.

Hi,

That actually solved my issue!

I can't deny I'm a bit disappointed in having to do this in order to fix a stupid bug.

I buy apple products and expect to never have so annoying issues that should be more common on Android systems instead.

I hope this doesn't turn into a trend in quality decline at Apple, but I noticed more and more weird quirks and rough edges lately.

Please, from a loyal customer.

Hi,

After a week of working perfectly, the problem found its way back somehow.

The same problem. I suspect it might be related to using a wifi network made of multiple Access Points that have the same SSID. I can't understand how it can bug it but I've been at a location that had such a network and I've bounced a bit between access points. After that I noticed the stocks complication on my watch stopped updated again and it's still bugged. Any suggestions?
