DND crescent moon near contact widget

Hi all,

I just found out that one of my friends has a crescent moon icon in my contact widget, in his profile picture, I can't find how to turn off the crescent moon icon, I've looked into the settings of my phone, I can't find how to turn it off, I've also searched the internet, Almost all of them say that in the Message App, under my friend, "do not distrib" is turned on, but I have checked, I didn't turned on the DND, and I How can I turn off the crescent moon icon for that contact? and I didn't enabled "do not disturb mode" in my iphone.
