I am using an Imac 2017 model updated to macos Monterey 12.4. I've rented a movie and started playing and was able to see the movie for a couple of minutes, but after I closed the app then re-open it, the resume button doesn't seem to work. It should pop up a window to play the movie but no good.
I've restarted the computer and resume button still not working.
Any advice please. Thanks

It seems your internet connection is not facilitating communication with the remote servers. Try restarting your router.
We’ve seen single devices have a troublesome connection while other devices connected fine on the same network. In many of those cases, a restart of both the router and of the device that wouldn’t connect, would solve that. A fresh connection between device and router may fix what was wrong without deep diagnostics, and is most easy to do.
Thanks for your reply. But I have tried my macbookpro and the tv app is working when I played it there. Issue only occurs on the Imac so I don't think internet connection is the issue since both are connected to the same internet provider.
