kernel_task CPU high usage with external display/monitor (overheating and slow macbook pro 16)

So...the question is 1 year old...any fix on that?

I can barely use a second display with this problem!

I unplug the monitor and it immediately reduces the heat and kernel_task cpu usage.

It's really annoying as it looks to be a software problem that is limiting me to use an extra hardware device. I need at least a second screen, common! Fix this already!
