iwatch pairing problem

I had trouble pairing my iwatch and was directed to a website that has me put in the receipt information for the watch. I do not remember that web address. Please advise.

Apple Watch pairing I’m trying to pair a gen 3 Apple Watch. I bought it at a pawnshop. Without the Apple ID this thing is a paperweight right? I’ve tried resetting again and again. Thanks, Gregg
