Changing country makes you lose all your apps

Browsing “question and answers” in the community I notice that Apple’s policy did not adapt to “country moving” customers since (2016 first message about this topic)… you still loose purchased apps if you dare move to another country!

Apple support: How legal is it in international law to take away a legally purchased item for moving to another country?

What I can tell you is that different countries have different copyright laws and content providers have different distribution agreements in different countries. In fact, someone who owns the rights to something in one country may not be the person who owns the rights to the same thing in a different country.
