Old MacBook

I bought my MacBook in early 2015 and it won't appear when i look a it at the serial number date. what can i do? Because i cannot verify my service and support coverage.

I can't check my second hand MacBook's serial number Good day! I have a second hand MacBook pro 2022 So I am trying to check it online at the official apple website and your system can not recognise my serial num. Apple serial number not recognized My serial number is correct, but apple does not recognize my MacBook air 13. I purchased a 3-year AppleCare+ and still have an active 6 months left on my plan. How do I fix this problem to get the repairs I need?

An Early 2015 MacBook is well beyond any warranty.

If you mean the serial number doesn't tell you information about warranty support, Lanny is dead on ... one year warranty expired in 2016.

What exactly do you want to do? Get it repaired? Recycle it? What exactly?
