PRISMA Photo Editor Stopped working on iPad Air 2

Hi

I use a lot of art and photo editors and I’ve found Prisma to be an exceptionally great match with my three iPads ie pro, air 3 and until recently, air 2.

I have an annual subscription so when I need to update I press restore purchase.

Ive now deleted and reinstalled the app three times butv3verything appears to work until you want to add a photo to the Prisma effects library and nothing happens. The app has access to camera but it hasn’t asked for access to ALL photos. I’ve checked in my iPad settings and the ACCESS TO ALL PHOTOS tick box 3ntry is not showing.

please can anyone advise on what to do to fix this

Ive been in touch with Prisma support too so just awaiting feedback

When an app suddenly stops functioning it’s a good idea to check out the most recent reviews in the App Store. In this case someone did complain about a similar issue in early May. Developer responded that they were working on the issue. There has been one update since. Have you updated to version 4.7.2? The good news is that the developer is very active in responding to reviews which would indicate that they should at least get back to you soon.

Given your issue affects only a single App on multiple devices, the issue is unlikely to be system-related. As such, you are most likely to receive useful and appropriate support from the App Developer.

As you have already initiated a support case, you would be best advised to follow-up with the Prisma Support Team.
