Any Carplay-compatible voice recording or dictation apps?

I do a lot of driving and like to use the time constructively. This means thinking out loud and dictating a lot of notes.

Are there any voice recorder or dictation utilities that are compatible with Carplay?

A quick jab of a stop/start button on the car's console would be a lot less tedious than having to go "Hey Siri, dictate note..." or "Hey Siri, open Voice Memos" again after every time I've paused to think. On a long journey, this drives me mad!
