Home control keeps turning on in settings

under settings>Face ID/password there is an option to select home control. I have always kept it off. I noticed my screen moving slightly jerky and I couldn’t disconnect find my iPhone.

I turn home off and within a 1 or 2 it’s green.

This happens most frequently when I am in my homes which are in separate states as well and as is my vehicle.

Please do not suggest the erase reset option or the change of my password. I suspect a this is a stalking situation that I have filed reports on.

The police are just hanging loose about the situation but read statistics on people stalked by exs stranger.
