No visible download, can't download again

I am using iTunes on a Windows PC in Canada.

I just purchased an album. It appeared to download normally. However, it did not turn up in the Music section of My Media, where all of my other historical downloads reside. Hmm.

So I thought I'd try to re-download.

I went to my Purchased items, and the new purchase did not show up in the "Not in My Library" tab, but did show up in the "All" tab. However, when selected, there is no download icon at the upper right of the thumbnail, that looks like a cloud with a down arrow. It's there for my other purchases.

To summarize:

Purchased today, appeared to download, did not show up in the Music folder

When found in the Purchased items during the same original ITunes session (in All), had no download button

Restarted iTunes, same thing

Restarted PC and then iTunes, same thing

Stymied.

What to do?

I have been charged for the purchase.

Select one of the tracks of this album, right-click, and tap Show in Explorer to see where the file is.
