I phone reminder won’t make sub task like it should

I have an IPhone and I have read that I should be able to do sub tasks. I have deleted my reminders app and reinstalled it. I have made sure that I am up to date on upgrades.

I need the sub tasks to work. Can you tell me what I am missing to get it to work please?

No subtasks for iPhone Reminders I have an iPhone 12 mini, running iOS 14.6 (yes, that is draining my battery more quickly, but that is a separate topic). My phone is connected to iCloud, and I cannot find any way to create subtasks. I see others have posted the same problem, and I already tried all the ways described in the instructions for Reminders. I can drag an drop, but no matter how I try, I cannot drop on top of another task - just reordering tasks at best. Swiping right on a task does absolutely nothing (swiping left shows “details” and “delete”), so I never see an option to indent. When looking at the details of a task, there is nothing that looks anything like adding a subtask. Is there a solution for this? If this feature is just not available on this phone, can that be made clear (not just to me, but in general) so people like me don’t waist so much time trying to fix something that is not even an option? Thanks!

Why 'Scheduled reminders' are not showing up in Calendar app on my iPhone? I’m on iOS 18 but for some reason my reminder items are not showing in my calendar on iPhone , does anyone know why? Even reminder items that I create straight from the Calendar would not show on Calendar, but would reflect in the Reminders app. I have already selected to show “Scheduled reminders”. It works fine on my other devices like iPad and MacBook Air. Thanks. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

I'm not seeing all the features for Reminders on iOS 13 on my iPhone 8. Namely, I don't see the subtask option, swipe right and adding images to the reminder. I see some of the changes with iOS 13 but not all of them are available. Any ideas why?

Open the Settings app, then tap [your name] > iCloud and turn on Reminders. Inside the Reminders app, you'll see all of your reminders on all of your Apple devices that are signed in to the same Apple ID.
