Can someone please explain in simple terms how to fix random shutdowns? I saw on another thread they ask for Etre report. So I did it and don't know if I should post the whole long thing. Here it

Start by evicting the third-party software with the word "clean" in its name. The macOS—catlike—cleans itself and as for over 20 years. Other so-called "cleaning" apps only interfere with elegant automated maintenance routines you paid Apple to build into your operating system. Let your Mac be a Mac.


This could be at play:


Diagnostics Information (past 7-30 days):
