I have downloaded some episodes of a couple of shows onto my IPhone 13 max.
When playing to a TV via Apple HDMI adapter, previews play fine, but only static like video and clear audio from the actual program.
I have downloads for AV adapter on, and HD video set. Any other ideas?

For iTunes Store content, HDMI adapters should be supported, but I haven’t been able to test that myself.

Hello jcabaleiro, Sounds like there is a compatibility issue. Are you using an APPLE HDMI Cable? If no can you barrow one from a friend to try?
What content/from which content provider did you download? The content provider may impose restrictions through DRM. For some content, HDMI adapters are supposed to not work.
Apple TV app, works if I stream, plays audio of downloaded content, but static display. It’s the exact same show.
