system message boxes fail to response and can't be closed since macos monterey 12.4

hello everyone.

I'm using a mac mini 2020 (m1 chips). Since I upgraded to monterey 12.4, I have encountered a big trouble.

Message boxes like these two pictures below are unresponsive after mouse clicks. Neither can I make my decision take effect, nor can I close the message box. I have tried various methods to close it, including shortcuts such as esc key, but the message box is still there. The only way to fix it is to reboot the system, which is very inconvenient.

Does anyone have the same experience? How can I fix it, please?

According to this Screen Shot - the "snipaste .app " is Only in Beta for macOS.

Nor is there are specific information on the Developers Site specifically mentioning this Application is Monterey Compatible .

Strongly suggest communicating with the Specific Developers of this Application and / or remove the Application until such time as it is Monterey macOS 12 compatible

Thank you for your concern and response. Please let me clarify the situation further.

1. Before upgrading to monterey 12.4, I was using some earlier version of monterey (can't remember exactly, probably 12.1.x or 12.2.x). That was the system that came with my mac mini when I bought it new a month ago. I had installed many new apps on this original system and encountered many similar dialogs, and at that time I did not have such problems and interacted with these dialogs very smoothly. The problem appeared not long after I finished upgrading and logged into new system (when I installed and ran some new app).

2. I think it is OK for the system to restrict access to the app, but there seems to be a problem with the GUI that asks for permissions, i.e., the interactive dialog box. It just freezes there, no matter clicking yes or no or any other option, pressing enter or esc or any other key, it doesn't go away and make the app stop working. Even after I force close the app, the dialog is still there.

3. To force close such a dialog box, so far, I have to reboot OS. Then I will come to "setting - security&Privacy - privacy" and manually do permission granting , to make sure the dialog box no longer has a reason to appear. I can find the manual settings corresponding to most of the dialogs, unfortunately there are some I can't find, so the use of some software is limited.

4. For the Security Policy setting you provided about, I have set it before, and the problem appeared after that.

So I'm not sure now if I have to wait for the next version release to end the problem.

So, based upon above 17 Points below and evidenced in the Report provided, the assertion by the user " And, I'm sorry to say that this may be a bug located deeper in the OS code." is without foundation and merit.

There has been sufficient advise offered for the User ( you ) to make an informed and educated choice what the next course of action is required.
