Smart HDR Missing on iPhone 13

Why Apple removed the Smart HDR turn off function on iPhone 13?

The post processing (SMART HDR) on the cameras is making it unusable for me personally. I absolutely can’t stand the cartoony effect it does to my photos, and how it ruins a lot of details.

My old iPhone SE 1st generation takes better photos than the new iPhone 13 mini!

On the first frame, HDR mode is enabled, the second frame is selected from the live photo series. look at the colors!

How to get Apple to return the smart HDR off function?!
