cannot reset password on macbook airusing any method listed,

i have a MacBook air that has not been used in a year. don't know the password, our Wi-Fi has changed and i can't log on with apple id. command R is not working. and I can't get to change Wi-Fi settings.

i also entered password three or more time and don't get any other option to change password.

I forgot my MacBook Air password I have a MacBook Air and I have not turned it on since I change internet provider and I forgot my computer password. I purchased a ethernet adapter but when I connect it, it shows that there is not internet connection. I am guessing it does not recognize the new internet service. What are my resolution. I tried to make an appointment via online with the Genius Bar but I cannot see where they are allowing you to do so. I guess I will walk in. Need help with a iMac password reset problem High Sierra Hi folks, I have an older iMac with High Sierra. It has been offline for a while and since that last time, out wifi password has changed. I cant recall the old password and now I think it cant do the password reset because it cant connect to the network. I thought I would be able to click into the wifi settings but I guess not without logging in. The password reset just spins and never goes through. Any ideas?
