iphone 13 wont get aol mail prior to dec 1, 2021

Nothing before 12/1/21 will sync to mail. Any suggestions to fix. I've deleted and re-entered the aol account 3 times.

Go to Settings/Mail/Accounts, tap on AOL and look for a Mail Days to Sync setting. If it isn’t there then check AOL support for why it isn’t syncing messages before that date. If you log in to AOL mail with a browser do you see older mail?

AOL has been adding restrictions that effect people with large mail storage, having recently added a 10,000 message limit.

They may well have added other limits, such as what is being reported here.

Check with AOL Support.

I get all the email from AOL in a browser. I also got it all on my iphone XS. Got a new 13 last week and it wont sync before Dec 1, 21. I think its related to a security measure aol put in as of that date using something called OAuth 2.0 Token which I believe became effective as of 12/1. There is no mail days to sync setting.
