Insert it and choose Computer from the Finder's Go menu; unless it's in an unusual format, it'll show up there. If you're trying to access documents on it, you'll also need to have an application capable of reading them.

Run this Through a Virtual Machine:

If there ends up being not solution for Mac, consider using a Virtual Machine (VM) for this (Windows-in-a-window). You would open items in it. All would be accessed and would operate as desired on the VM. Virtual Machine applications include VMWare Fusion and ParallelsLearn more here: What Is a Virtual Machine? - VMware Support.
