FCPX Backup Library Deletion
I heard that FCPX deletes backup libraries that are more than several days old. Is this true, or will Final Cut always keep at least one backup for emergencies?
FCP doesn't keep all the backups it generates, but it doesn't dump older backups. It works sort of like Time Machine, keeping representative backups, I guess the ones with the most data changes. It also keeps backups from previous versions of the applications in a separate folder.
