Podcast Speed Changes on its own

I know this problem has been around a while since I personally keep having it happen over many OS updates over the last couple of years. It does not mater if you using hardware headphone, playing over phone speaker or connected to a Bluetooth device. It happens even when the phone not being touching, so it is not like I touched play back speed button. No one seems to have any answer to it. Unless someone has figure out why it is happening in the last few months. I personally reported it to Apple, a number of years ago and it is still here today with the latest OS and I had it happen multiply times today thus the reason I came looking for a solution.

There is a number of posts on this topic and some of the advice or problem solving is the worst I have seen on an Apple discussion. This is the kind of advice/trouble shooting I come to expect in the Windows/PC world. All the advise say is turn off, reset, force quit, reinstall the OS. Not sure how some of these people are considered community specialists.
