I downloaded an app called MorphVox some time ago and now I want to delete it. However, it still appears as an option in my audio settings.
I've tried using the uninstaller, and checked to make sure there weren't any files left in my Finder, yet the option is still there. Does anyone know how to wipe every last trace of this app of my computer?

I'd try to search thoroughly anything that contains SBVirtualMic in its name. In case, use an app like EasyFind to search in every folder of the Mac instead of relying only on Spotlight.

Maybe it's related to a kext (sort of driver).
Try to go in Macintosh HD->System->Library->Extensions folder and look for SBVirtualMic.kext.
Delete it and restart your Mac.
Try to look in the following path Macintosh HD->Library->Audio->Plug-Ins->HAL and see if you spot something related to MorphVox.
Just a bunch of another ideas in case you didn't resolve:
Check in System Information if you find a clue about MorphVox.
Run kextstat in Terminal to list all kernel extensions.
Run EtreCheckPro to find a trace of MorphVox.
I set EasyFind to search all files and folders for "SBVirtualMic" in name and contents, including packages and invisible files. It still didn't turn up anything, aside from a couple files in my video editing software.
I also restarted the computer while I was at it, but that didn't solve anything either.
I'm almost tempted to install it and then uninstall it just to to figure out where those drivers are saved... 🙂
I mentioned /System/Library/Extensions. If you haven't already, try to look in /Library/Extensions too (they are two different locations). There must be a driver/kext somewhere in a system folder.
I couldn't find a file named that.
The only folders in there were either for ACE or Zoom.
