iOS 15.5 Bug!!! Mail using wrong from email address when replying to email

I've noticed a major bug in iOS 15.5. I have a few IMAP email accounts in iOS mail. I have always viewed mail in the "All Inboxes" folder/window. But now when I reply to emails viewed from the "all inboxes" window, the reply from account seems to be my icloud account. Not from the address to which the email was sent. However, if I view from the individual mailbox accounts, then the reply from is connected to that account.

I've NEVER had this problem! Ever! On any device.

I've reset, restored, deleted emails account and even gone so far as to to completely erase the iphone and start over from scratch. None of these methods has changed this mail issue. Further more, I have two iphones, a business line and personal line, and both phones exhibit the exact same problem.
