2019 Macbook 16" crashes after sleeping FIX

Hi just wanted to share a fix I found for Macbook that has a panicked kernel error.

My macbook kept going into sleep mode and then crashing. Then every time I restarted it said your computer shut down because of a problem. report said panicked kernel. it happened every time it went to sleep.

It seems my issue was caused by a font that I had installed

To fix I needed to go into font book (spotlight font book app) and right click each font and "validate font"

any that came back with a yellow warning triangle I deleted and it seems to have solved the problem.

Hope this helps you, because it was very annoying for me..
