I've had this dark spot stuck on my telephoto lens for about 3 months now, but I came across this other thread where other 13 Pro Max owners were able to get the camera or whole device swapped with the 1 year limited warranty. Does the spot appear in all apps that use the camera?
If it is only a particular app, then we would suggest you remove the app, and reinstall it. Follow the steps found here: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support
Removing and re-installing an app can reset the app and connections.
If it is appearing in all the apps that use the camera, then you are going to need help from Apple Support. They can be reached here: Get Support
