When I press "0" to accept a collect call from an inmate. But today there was NO tone when I pressed the 0 on the keypad. I get abt 15 seconds to accept the call. But I can't. Seems like an obvious easy problem to fix - adjust a setting. But no one knows how to do that. rsvp and HELP.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you need help with using the dialpad when on a call.
You may not be selecting the main dialpad when this happens. Try pressing the green timer in the upper left hand corner while in a call and try pressing on the dialpad. See if that helps.
