i want to upgrade my icloud plan to 200gb / 2,99e per month, i've got money on my apple id balance but when i want to upgrade the plan it tells me error and that the purachuse failed, they take off money from my balance but dont upgrade the storage. I tried it already 4 times and they took 3e four times = 12e but nothing happens can somebody help me to upgrade my plan and get my money back somehow. Would appriceate it much.
You need help from Apple. Go here and navigate to Billing and Subscriptions. Then select Subscriptions and purchases and go from there.
