Mouse Keyboard Lag

Hey Folks,

I have a new MBP, and an old MBP and both are exhibiting the same issue. Any external mouse or keyboard connected becomes so laggy they are unusable. I have tried different Apple Magic mice, Logitech mice, Apple Keyboards... etc etc. All display the same unfortunate stuttering.

Additional information:

• Safe booted each machine several times.
• One MBP on, one off.
• Separated the units. (Different part of the house).
• Replaced / charged batteries.
• Removed and re-paired Bluetooth peripherals.
• Glared at the screen for a prolonged period of time. (This HAS worked with other Apple issues). :)

Running Monterey 12.4 and everything is patched to latest revs.
