Iphone 13 promax will not switch to speakerphone when pressed. It occurs only when I’m receiving a phone call or trying to listen to voicemail. The only peripheral attached via Bluetooth is an Apple Watch. No headphones etc.
I’ve done a soft reset on both the phone and watch. This is a new phone and it does not allow me to use speakerphone unless I’m the one making the call. Even then it’s not consistent.

I disconnected my Apple Watch 6 from Bluetooth on the phone. Then reconnected it. That appears to have resolved the situation so far.
