My watch is frozen I was trying to pair it to my new phone now I can’t turn it off or anything

i was trying to pair my watch to my new iPhone and it froze and now I can’t turn it off or anything. Tried holding the crown down for several seconds that didn’t work tried shutting it down that doesn’t work either please advise
