I can't upload a picture in my photos app directly to Facebook

HI there , Using Mac OS 12.4 ---- how do I access my photo files that are in my photo library via the finder app, because when I choose the Upload picture (in Facebook web browser) and I go to my Pictures folder - all I see is a GREYED OUT "Photos Library.photolibrary" file. Is there no way to upload a picture directly from the Photos App using the share button maybe????

HI Old Toad, thanks seems all previous updates of Mac OS 12 caused a bug, what I did was to delete the following

com.apple.sidebarlists.plist , or com.apple.finder.plist

Files are in ~/Library/Preferences

Then restart laptop , its working now , tested with Safari, Edge and Chrome - the media section appears automatically when "wanting to upload a files to Facebook via a web browser"
