Recently bought an Apple Watch and I’ve been trying to set up Apple Pay on it but every time I try to add my cards it comes up with an error message.
move tried all the typical fixes I could find - resetting, unpairing, signing in and out, changing the region back and forth. Nothing has worked at all. Can anyone help?

What is this mystery error message you have been receiving? I say mystery, since you did not share it with us and it could explain why Apple Pay is not working.
Just to check. Have you successfully setup Apple Pay on your iPhone? Have you added cards to your Apple Pay on the iPhone? I ask to be sure we are providing the best answers for you, and if both devices need troubleshooting. Just let us know if this error is just for the Apple Watch in the Watch app and that your Apple Pay is setup on the iPhone. Yes it’s set up on my iPhone has been for years and on a couple models of the iPhone and never had an issue.
