Over Heating

A 1st time iPhone user is asking What steps can I take if I already reported how my iPhone keeps burning my hands even with the replacement device, leaving me with this tingling feeling?

Over heating Jut 1 year ago i just absolutely loved my iphone Xs such a masterpiece handy and smooth device But at this point im going through some serious heating issue im not able to hold my phone in my hand for more than 10-15minutes my hand is getting heated also its very hard to use this phone if some one is hearing this from apple please there are a lot of other people out there having the same issue 🥺 Im hoping that apple will give a cleaner and better updates to get things right 🙏

iPhone 14 Pro overheating - Burning Hot My iPhone 14 pro has been overheating of late. Especially since the last 2 software updates. That is the iOS 17 updates. I am terribly disappointed with Apple, having been an apple user since 2009 with MacBook Pros and iPhones since 2021. This is my second iPhone, and I am quite aghast that the levels of heat it is generating, as also having had to go into repair within 3 months of ownership, because the battery was swollen. Serious problems. It is heating when charging (which I can understand to a certain extent but not how badly heated it is getting. I can't hold it in my hand for too long, hands start sweating!) and also when apps like the camera are opened. It is difficult to comfortably hold it in the hands when any app is open, almost. Does anyone have a solution to the heating issues? Is anyone else facing them? The battery health has also gone down to 90% already, and that is concerning to me, since it is a battery that was already replaced by apple once before. When the products are so expensive, are we wrong in expecting top notch quality from a company that we have come to trust for the products really being amazing? Honestly, this one is certainly NOT top class at all.

iPhone 16 pro is over heating while doing setup,using camera and while charging I did get a new iPhone 16 Pro from verizon on Dec 16 2024. Here are some major issues I see with new phone and ended up setting up my old phone(iPhone 14 pro) IPhone hung during initial setup and it was over heating could not hold it in hand. As I transferred my esim to the new phone I really had to struggle a lot without a phone for a day Finally after couple of days struggle with Verizon team I got the iPhone reset and started using the iPhone, I observed that phone is over heating while using the camera and while charging
