Regarding battery health
It’s hardly been 6 months since I got a new iPhone 11 and my battery health has been reduced to 98% Is this how the health of the battery reduces too quickly . ?

Bearing in mind that that value is approximate (now it might be at 98.9%) AND that it is related to when the battery (not the iPhone) was new, that's absolutely normal.
Start worrying when that percantage goes down below 83-80.

This is normal. Battery health declines with battery use and with charging cycles to be more precise.
2% in 6 months is normal. And, it can come to a standstill for a prolonged period of time. Start worrying when the percentage drops below 80, then you may wish to replace the battery
