why Won’t integrative videos not Netflix or YouTube work? My smart tv can but not Apple TV box?

No, that is not a feature of Apple TV.

Spell check interactive. Like some YouTube videos you can watch and move the camera around and like Minecraft story on Netflix is interactive but none of that works on Apple TV box.
Indeed. That is governed by the provider and perhaps limitations of the remote. If the Apple TV does not work for you, return it.
That’s dumb. I just bought the 2021 4K one and it can’t do something my older tv from like 6 years ago can do? Debating on returning then… didn’t improve my experience. Runs the same as my tv except for HBO. That runs smoother on Apple TV box.
