Email on iPhone 11

has Anyone had problems getting their emails to the mail app on iPhone 11

my external email account stopped being connected to my mail app and no matter what I do I cannot reconnect it. I deleted the mail app and reinstalled it but now I have also lost my @me email address and that won’t reconnect either any help would be gratefully received

Remove your email account and set it up again

Make sure that all of your emails are there or make sure that your email is saved somewhere other than your device. On your device, go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts. Tap the email account that you want to remove. Tap Delete Account.
