Strange contacts

I have odd contacts that only appear in a string when 8 send a message to a particular group. 8 would like to delete these as they don’t have

details or history

Some contact numbers on my Contacts are showing "item1XABLabel" Has anyone experience this? Some of my contacts are showing this "item1XABLabel" after the phone number. This is showing across all my devices. It started after I switch my SIM card since I am currently overseas. Even to newly added contacts the issue also happened. I am only using iCloud contacts.

contact phone numbers have XSHAREDPHOTODISPLAYPREFALWAYSASK added to them A lot of the contact details for the contacts now have this text appended to the end XSHAREDPHOTODISPLAYPREFALWAYSASK. Fo example, someone whose phone number is (555) 123456 is now listed with a phone number of (555) 123456XSHAREDPHOTODISPLAYPREFALWAYSASK. I can’t find any reference to this anywhere on the web. The contacts appear like this on my iPhone 14 Pro Max with 17.2.1 and on my MacBook Air with Sonoma 14.2.1. Does anyone know what might have caused this and how I can remove the added text (without manually editing all 1000+ contacts)? Thanks
