I’m using VI (vodafone india) network. Facing annoying problem, to call someone in 2g network failed but i can received call through 2g network. Checked Other companies mobile like android devices is prefect working in my SIM to call through 2g network.

This issue you will have to take up with your carrier/cell provider...
