All day my phone had been randomly restarting itself and turning back on and would do it at random times. Later on my phone died and it showed a screen with a charger icon and a computer. I tried to follow the steps but they won’t work and my phone is still doing the restarting itself thing. Is there anything I can do? Or do I just need a new phone?
