System diagnosis freezed up

Hi, I just made a system diagnosis on my MacBook and cancelled it, and now it doesn't close up the Activity Monitor, I tried to restart my Mac but it didn't work because its still cancelling the diagnosis. Do I have to wait or I can do something to get out of that?

Try pressing OPT + CMD + ESC. This should open the Force Quit dialog, where you can quit Activity Monitor.
