Can we use gifted gift card i am pubg player so sometime i get apple gift cards from my fans who like my game and they are from different different states so can you tell me am i able use that gift cards in my apple id because many I tried after 2 card you guys blocked my account it is not a good thing and also the money which was in my apple id the apple funds I lost that money with the apple id it is not good enough

I waiting for your replt because i am very frustrated of all this in one account I lost $50 and in other account i lost $100 and apple peoples not refunded that money back to me dont you think it is not good enough you ate taking our money in this apple id i have just putted one apple card i am very scared to pur other card in the account even if i add my debit card in the app store and after that if i put other card of my mother or my boyfriend then all time it says contact apple iTunes support to complete this transaction means what its our account and we can not anything its like ****
