video on windows won’t upload to icloud

Hi,

I have files with videos and photos in on my Laptop and when I select the file to upload to iCloud the videos have disappeared from the file!Any ideas?The photos in the same file upload OK

.If I move the video to a new file and try again to upload the iCloud screen says file empty.
