Where did the Mail Outbox go?

My mail routinely gets stuck in the Outbox on the iPhone and iPad (both 15.5) and I usually just go to the Outbox on the MacBook Pro (Monterey) and send from there. All of a sudden I can't find the Outbox. Where did it go?

Apple Mail Dysfunctional apple mail. It is a odd problem you face when you receive an email with an attachment but after a few days the email is still there but the content of the message and the attachments are not presented. I see the email contents on my iPhone but on the Air it is not visible. Rebuild did not help. Why this is happening makes me wary and I would like to ask the community for recommendations. Apple Mail bugs. Any suggestions? My Apple Mail is acting up. When opening mail in my iCloud account, the contents of incoming messages do not appear, or take an unpredictably long time to do so. This happens on both my iMac and iPhone. Messages sent to myself from my iPhone do not land in my Inbox on either device, and appear only in Sent. The menu bar appearance across the top of new messages has changed on my iMac. When replying to messages from my iMac, the Send button is not active. I have to press the reply button in the menu bar before Send activates. Messages are inconsistently syncing across my iPhone and iMac. I have quit and relaunched Mail and rebooted to no avail. Looking for an Apple Mail software update yields nothing. My iMac system software updates regularly. I am currently running on Monterey 12.7.4. My iPhone is running iOs 17.4.1. This message has no content Dear Apple Mail, Thousands of people are experiencing this problem. We have a workaround, that is simple and NOT ELEGANT or pleasing or should be required, of finding the mail on our iphone and forwarding it to ourselves, again. This seems to happen when the mail is from a mailing list. For me, this seems to happen when my laptop is on but not connected to a WIFI (traveling). This seems to happen all TOO FREQUENTLY to be something that YOU CANNOT recreate, identify root problems and develop solutions. Why are you being so lazy on this problem?

It only appears if there are messages stuck in it.
